Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   This competition is run by Josh White Videographer.

2. Eligibility

   • Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.

   • Entrants must be getting married in mainland UK.

   • This competition is open to new customers only. Any couples already booked with Josh White Videographer are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

   • Entries will be accepted until March 1st 2026.

   • The winner will be selected at random on March 1st 2026, from all eligible entries with available wedding dates.

4. Wedding Date Requirements

   • The wedding date must fall between October 1st 2026 and March 31st 2027.

   • If Josh White Videographer is already booked on a chosen wedding date, that entry will automatically be excluded from the draw.

5. The Prize

   • The prize is a free full-day wedding video package, valued at over £1,000.

   • The package includes:

     • A highlight film of at least 10 minutes

     • Speeches delivered as a separate video

     • Drone footage where possible, subject to weather conditions, location permissions, and legal restrictions

   • The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

6. Additional Services

   • Any optional add-ons or upgrades not included in the prize package may be added at an additional cost, subject to availability.

7. Travel Costs

   • If the winning wedding location is more than 150 miles from Brighton & Hove, an additional travel fee may apply. This will be discussed with the winner prior to confirmation.

8. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize

   • The winner will be contacted via direct message.

   • The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim the prize.

   • To secure the booking, the winner must complete a booking form. Until the booking form is completed, the wedding date will remain available for others to book.

   • Failure to respond or complete the booking form within the stated timeframe may result in the prize being withdrawn and an alternative winner being selected.

9. Unsuccessful Entrants

   • Unsuccessful entrants may be contacted after the draw with further information or offers, but are under no obligation to proceed.

10. General

    • By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    • Josh White Videographer reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
